I am currently consumed by my work on the second book in The Inventors' Daughter
Inventure Series. I call it the "Inventure Series" because the plot of each adventure
is set in motion by a powerful and quirky new invention. Let me explain:
Erin Isabelle Becker-Spotsworth is a fifth grader from Dream City, a dazzling metropolis
cast across three islands a foggy mile off an unnamed coast. She is the daughter
of not one but two eggheads who create marvelous inventions like the Intangible
Disorganizer, the Cupric Accumulator and the Ravenous Alley Gator. As interesting
and useful as they appear, however, each has unintended and sometimes disastrous
consequences.
